Join us for an evening of Saudi cuisine from 7 PM to 10 PM. Start with an introduction to Saudi food culture, select three dishes to cook, and then prepare them together. Enjoy the meal, discuss Saudi culinary traditions, receive a cultural gift, and wrap up the experience.

    Welcome and introduction to Saudi cuisine and cultural influences.

    Select three dishes from the Najdi menu to cook.
  • 07:30PM - 08:30PM
    Cook the chosen dishes: Hail Rice, Kabsa, Jereesh, Marqouq, Tuman, Kabiba, Haris, Hunaini, Date Easidat, Masabib, or Marahif.
  • 08:30PM - 08:45PM
    Enjoy the cooked dishes and discuss Saudi food culture.
  • 08:45PM - 09:00PM
    Receive a simple gift reflecting Saudi culture.
  • 09:00PM - 10:00PM
    Casual conversation and wrap-up of the experience.
